Ana Benavides (b.1996, Monterrey México) is a London based artist.

She views art not only as a form of expression, but as a portal back to the self. Her painting is an act of remembering: returning to a deeper, more truthful voice beneath thought, noise, and constructed identity.

Each work becomes a bridge inward, creating space for emotion without judgment and giving form to the unspoken through texture, colour, and gesture.

Rooted in openness and awakening, her practice invites quiet moments of self-recognition. The work offers no answers; it functions as a mirror - a subtle ritual of looking inward and seeing oneself more clearly.
