Embracing uncertainty and failure, she invites disruption in the studio, allowing the medium to assert its own agency and shape unexpected outcomes. Working with loose washes and gestural marks, Walker translates her inner world onto unstretched canvas, often rotating, tearing, and reassembling works to disrupt orientation and hold multiple temporal moments.
